Paramore chats with the Guardian

Sam Wolfson from the Guardian took a flight to Nashville, TN to chat with Paramore about “After Laughter,” “Hard Times” and everything else what makes Paramore a trio again. The interview was held on 1st of April, the same day Paramore went to Atlanta, GA to see Radiohead live for a very first time.

The band mentions Jeremy’s departure, new sound, working on new music and how fun the recording process of “After Laughter” was. They also keep talking about their feelings and the change that happened.

Two years ago I asked Taylor if we could start a new band. I was so sick of this crap. I said we should just try something new, give it a new name – Hayley

We grew up in a very conservative environment where you always give people space because you don’t want conflict. So, if something pissed you off, you don’t talk about it – Taylor

We’ve spent more time hanging out and laughing doing this record and equally crying together over things that happened that we never dealt with – Hayley
