According to the recent update on Apple Music, Hayley Williams recorded a song with American Football for their upcoming studio album. The track is titled Uncomfortably Numb, takes 4:10 and will be released on band’s third studio album ready to be released on 22nd of March 2019. The tracklist is available here.
In late September 2018 Hayley tweeted about American Football’s second studio album saying “it’s one of my favorite albums, ever. every song on it helped (helps) me”. You can see her tweet here. The group responded with “<3 back at you Hayley!”
