Yesterday, on 18th of May, Paramore played another sold out show of the 2013 North Ameican Tour. This time, the show took place at The Fillmore in Silver Spring, MD. ‘Still Into You’ with Platinum certification!

Now we are excited letting you know that the second single off the self-titled, according to Australian Recording Industry Association sold over 70,000 digital copies and received Platinum certification in Australia! On 16th of May, Paramore played live at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York. This was the show Hayley Williams was most excited to play during the Spring North American Tour. Fuse News has just made available a new, short interview, with Paramore recorded in New York City on 16th of May. In this conversation, the band talks about giving the new album a self-titled name, writers-block, song “Future,” Hayley Williams being sexy and Kelly Clarkson. “It is a first thing we felt comfortable attaching our name to. When people hear our name we want them to think about this record,” explains Taylor. “I just felt that I wasn’t expressing the things I needed to get out,” says Hayley. “I don’t think that I need to wake up in the morning and look sexy for people,” she explained. Ten new tour dates for Europe to be announced on Monday?

This fall Paramore are for sure returning to the United Kingdom, Ireland and France. Seven new tour dates were announced last Monday and an extra show in London was added to the list yesterday, right after the band sold out the first Wembley date (September 27th). But the 2013 Fall European Tour dates list is not fully revealed yet! On Monday, 20th of May, Paramore are going to announce remaining dates, including a one in Italy, which already has been confirmed by the management and Italian promoter. According to our sources, the band has still about 10 tour destinations to announce… Are they all going to be announce on Monday?

Jason from Radio 92.9 went backstage at the House of Blues to chat with Paramore before their sold out show on 15th of May. They talked about the new album, what keeps them going after all these years, why they love Boston and their favourite songs. “I really like “Ain’t It Fun.” We had an interesting time in the studio making it,” said Jeremy, while Hayley admitted she likes “Still Into You,” which she loves performing and Taylor loves “Future.” Check the video below!

Paramore painted a beautiful birdhouse for Celebrity Birdhouse Auction for Abolition International, which supports quality aftercare for women and children rescued from sex trafficking in the United States. Hayley, Taylor, and Jeremy put a lot of TLC into designing and painting this unique and beautiful birdhouse, which delivers a special message of hope. he bright colors attract attention and point the way to a place of shelter and healing. The band members painted the sides with encouraging messages, and each band member autographed their own cloud on the roof. The auction ends on 24th of May. Click here and place your bid!
