Bad news to New Zealanders, according to the latest The Press news, the Paramore concert at Christchurch’s CBS Arena scheduled for January 21 has been cancelled. Following a statement from Ticketek, quoted by The Press, the reason behind this unexpected cancellation is “a change in the band’s scheduling of activities which unfortunately necessitates the band departing earlier than previously planned”. A good news is that the show in Auckland, scheduled for January 19th, according to Ticketek, “will definitely go ahead.”
Fans who have bought tickets online or by phone will be fully refunded automatically to their credit card within 10 days. Those who bought tickets through an agency should return to the agency for a full refund. (source)
