VH1 interviews Paramore and asks about their future

Paramore is ready to start writing fifth studio album! At least this is what they said backstage at the Hangout Festival in Gulf Shores, AL, talking to a lovely lady from VH1.

After two and a half years of touring, the band is wrapping things up with their 2013 self-titled album. The disc is their biggest splash to date, earning the band four hit singles and their first Grammy. Although they’re sending Paramore off right with the intimate series of Writing The Future dates, they admit it’s difficult to turn the page on their most remarkable chapter so far.

“It’s hard to leave an album behind,” Williams tells us. “This was a really important step for us as a band, and also as people living life together. It’s a little sad to say goodbye to it, it’s been such a good time. We are ready to start writing the new music, but I feel like we really needed to do the tour we’re doing right now to seal the deal.”
