As Covid-19 keeps affecting our lives, it keeps affecting touring as well. Yesterday it was announced that The Great Escape Festival in Brighton, UK will not take place in 2020 and that Hayley will not be able to play in Amsterdam, NL on May 13th due to an extended ban of mass gatherings issued by the Dutch government. For the past weeks Hayley kept answering questions on her social media accounts saying she doesn’t want to cancel any shows, she’d like to postpone them if necessary. Now she posted a long message explaining the situation.
“As it stands, there’s no one clear or final answer but it’s looking pretty obvious to me that we will likely be rescheduling all of the shows for both upcoming tours”, she wrote. “When the answers are there and a plan is in place, there will be an official announcement with all the helpful details”.
