At half past six me and my friend were travelling to the concert. We were not so nervous because we went to see the band two years ago, but, there will be a new experience, new songs, new performance, and of course it feels like the first time you go to a concert (even if it isn’t).
Finally we arrived with another girl that was going to the concert too, and there was a FOUR block queue. Amazing but a little bit disorganized. We inmediately made a new friend, she was very nice and the waiting was every minute, becoming shorter.
Talking about bands and stuff, the waiting became to an end, and the reality was IN ONLY ONE HOUR PARAMORE WILL BE THERE, NEAR US, ONLY A FEW METRES AWAY. And we were desperate but quiet, if it males any sense…
A band called La Carga came up to the stage, and played some songs of them. It sounded like a mix between Axl Roses voice and pop. It was nice but, not the Paramore’s style… So we waited a few more minutes and the moment, the moment was REAL.
At 9 o’clock, Taylor and Hayley appeared playing Moving On! The crowd was umbeliabable, screaming, moving, like a big piece of jelly (really, it was like that) and we were at the right stalls. We were a nice audience too. Some fans were holding signs that said WE’RE MOVING ON TOGETHER!
Then Jeremy appeared surpisingly and Hayley thanked us for coming us to their show for the second time. They started playing Misery Bussines and WE GONE MAD. Our screams and devotion were amazing, it was so beautiful, and it was like a spot of energy becoming bigger! Even they showed theirselves surprised! They were laying For A Pessimist… and the energy of the audience was increasingly violently… In our zone, we were completely delighted, happy as never, enjoyining every second. I also started jumping in a funny way and dancing with my friend! The preocupations, the problems of the dairy life were becoming a mist, a far away cloud, bacuse happiness was eating all!
Decode, another fo their succesfull singles, was gone, and they started with NOW. And we litterally exploded! (I must say that it’s not my favourite song of their last album, but listening and living this live, was kickass!) then Renegade with the fantastic intro, living old times with Pressure (one of my faves) and was the moment to sing along the undeniable perfection of Ain’t it Fun! (my fave of the new album) We were all mad, all happy when the “Don’t go crying, to your mama, cause you’re on your own, in the real world” part was happening, and we repeated it like 6 times, hahahaa, awesome! We got no voice!
The Only Exception made us calms down for a little while. it was the romantic and also unique part of the concert. I should say it became a classic…
Let The Flames begin (unfourtunately without Part II) were just kickass, beautiful minutes, full of mix of emotions. I was like I was living the Final Riot! concert part,. This song means a lot to me, and It was a unique sensation to finally live it.
Fast In My Car made us crazy, the energy inmediately started to grow up again! I love so much this song and the Hayley’s dances and moves were just adorable and sexies! i can’t remember if at this part, Tay and Jeremy made the classic jump with the guitars I don’t know how to explain it but you must know it. Only the Low Hayley’s dance was missed (because there wasn’t no CrushCrushCrush D: ) Ignorance part was just perfect and I felt like the two years ago show was continuing ike it wasn’t ended! I know it sounds weird but, I felt that…
Looking Up, always great and Whoa appeared! (this was another song that they played here for the very first time) This part was so much fun beacuse Hayley alked to the audience and made us jump and shout Whoa, or the name of your crush, or whatever came up to your mind. And also she wanted the vip audience to whisper out loud too and jump, “If it makes any sense”. Very funny!
With Anklebiters, she picked up five boys and five girls of the audience, to sing along with her and eat the stage, litterally. They made an awesome job! They were all happy dancing non stop, laughingh and crying because they cpouldn’t believe they were at the stage with Paramore! I was very jealous, but hglad at the same time! (I hope one day, I could sing along with them too, or just meet them personally!)
Riot! was present again with the always loved That’s What You Get, an amazing tune! And Still Into You came up, very sweetie and very powerfull. We sang all the lyrics, even the guitars, even the drums. Everything! haha. yeah, we, the argentinians are weird and crazy! I think in this part a lot of black and light blue baloons appeared, and hayley said thta was so sweet, beautiful and that “the latinamerican are the most creative fans!” and another things that I can’t remember.
Then the encore songs: Proof was completely love, completely sweet and some fans made appear little signs YES, WE LOVE YOU at the “All you have to do is say yes!” lyrics.
And last but not least, I mean, the most perfect song to a powerfull end, could not be another than Brick By Boring Brick.We exploded and that stuff, and they were very happy looking at us with proud and lot of love. And the concert ended at 11:30 and well, the post concert depression appeared hahahaa. I must say that was one of the most energic, nostalgic, and perfect show I’ve ever gone in my entire life. Just that and I love paramore more than ever. That’s all. I hope you like my report, I made it very glad and I’m very sorry if it is any wrong words or expressions. i made the best I could!
