Yesterday, on October 12th Hayley Williams performed at a Ruth Bader Ginsburg tribute show called Honor Her Wish held online and organized by Demand Justice. Williams performed Roses/Lotus/Violet/Iris from her debut solo album Petals For Armor. She was joined by Joey Howard on bass guitar, Becca Mancari on guitar and Aaron Steele on drums. many thanks to those who advocate for the rights of survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. many thanks to anyone who, like #RBG, believes that womxn should make the decisions about what happens to their own bodies. i am so grateful to the women in my life who have modeled for me what it looks like to live wildly, softly, raging, with grace, without it, shamelessly, tenderly, bloody, and blooming. see you all tonight.
